Yugto: An artists experience

           It is the famous statement Scott Adams told us. For me this statement is an honest opinion from a experienced artist but not a inspirational quote though positively stated. I wont say I disagree cause I admire this statement.

           I posted this statement to support my perspective on what my feelings are and share my knowledge about artists' and arts. Arts can be in video, photo, music, artworks like painting and drawing also in creating innovated systems and set-ups on machines or new technology. Creativity comes along with Art because art is the output of of creativity originated from imagination of mind. 

                                Art pictures out what the mind can't tell. As an artist I engaged in many forms of it like music, drawing, videography, photography, songwriting etc. until now I am still overwhelmed with the outstanding talents given to me and the fact that I  able to maximize these talents in the name of art. Art for me is the Pillar of life,  to a Ningen (lit. human) using its five or six senses the existence of art will not be prevented if you don't have a talent but can be acquired. let's say for example if you loose your sense of sight you still have other senses to engaged in arts or to have knowledge in arts because art is innate to every ningen meaning art is the prerequisite of a meaningful life. I had a friend that pity herself/himself -(to keep his/her mystery identity) and envied me for being talented and blessed for being creative. He/She told me that she was surprised on how I could create artworks creatively in a few minutes compared to her/him that take too long to think of concepts and idea and take long hours to make an artwork. Whenever the professor discuss the instructions and the information s on what to do to a activity my mind automatically pops-out ideas and concepts. how is this possible? I thought to myself, then i ask her/him what is his/her ideas he/she said that he/she is confused of what idea is the best to do and more practical to make and he/she don't know how to make his/her idea. Does that make sense? he/she is discouraged to make an artwork to  think that he /she can't make it is the factor that prevent his/her action to make an artwork but proves that art is innate to Ningen.

                          I am fond of looking at realistic paintings, much more as admiring their creator. realistic paintings give much emotion and and texture to every detail and also change mood to the real thing that the concept came from or the subject.

 

                          As a marketing and advertising student we engage with different types of business cases that needs more creativity. Creativity and uniqueness of concepts is a virtue in every advertisers and marketers. We also engaged with lots of activities especially in graphics design and multimedia. we are not taught that much about graphics arts but we are focused and practice more on formulating creative and unique ideas and concepts for every advertisement.
